Returns, refunds, and exchanges
Returns
We offer a 7-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Due to the personal nature of our products, used items are only eligible for return if there is a clear defect or issue. Any such issue must be described and supported with details or photos when contacting us.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, opened, or altered (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our end.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
